Hi, I am Mariah Potter.

I’m a small family and lifestyle photographer, and I found my true passion for photography after becoming a mom in 2021. The moment I held my son in my arms, I knew I wanted to preserve every fleeting moment of his life—and that’s when my love for photography truly bloomed. What started as a way to document the beautiful chaos of motherhood quickly grew into a calling. I decided to turn my passion into a career because I want to help other families do the same. My goal is to capture those real, raw, and in-between moments that truly tell the story of who you and your loved ones are. I want to give you photos that you can feel—the kind that make you smile, laugh, or even tear up just by looking at them. My heart is in making sure you have timeless memories that you can cherish forever.

A little bit about me personally—I'm a wife and mom (plus a dog mom too!). I’m also a huge Disney fan and a total kid at heart—there’s just something about that magic that speaks to me. I love to travel, and I’m a big fan of exploring new places. I have a major sweet tooth (chocolate is my weakness), and I express myself through tattoos that tell a story. Christmas is by far my favorite holiday—it’s all about family, coziness, and making memories. As for my personality, I’m on the cusp of Libra and Scorpio, so you’ll find me balancing a love for peace and harmony with a bit of intensity and passion. I’m all about comfort—you’ll almost always find me in leggings and a cozy sweater! I’m a huge movie buff, a book lover, and a chai & Dr. Pepper enthusiast. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my family, whether it’s at home, on an adventure, or just enjoying some quality time together.
